I believe that Josh and I do have a few things in common.
We both lived in Florida for an extended period of time, and both of us find ourselves now in the glorius Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We are both non traditional students. We are both health majors, I think (I emphasise think) we are both right of center politically, and we both have a fundamentalist christian background (i can hear the howls of lefty college professors raging about the damned evangical right as i type this, although damned and christian is kind of an oxymoron isnt it?)
I like Josh. I dont know him that well, but i like him.
I dont know if I learned anything from what he wrote, but maybe i did from how he wrote it. I believe his writing is somewhat more tempered than mine, he is a bit more diplomatic and was definatly articulate. I can use that sometimes when i get carried away or overwhelmed.

adhere to your guns and bibles! look dude dont sell yourself short on your writing. it is very strong and opinionated, which is exceptional. its the kind that gets people fired up and if it wasnt for you writing the way you did, i never would have thought of writing what i did. KUDOS! and keep truckin'!!

  2. Excellent job following directions guys! Not many students were able to do this assignment (??) so it speaks mountains of your attention to detail, which will of course come in handy at your future careers.
p.s. I urged FYE to start a Non-Trad block next Fall - even though it hasn't worked out in the past, why not try again?

    10/10

  3. Very well said. We are three peas in a pod. We struggle with the same things. Being non traditional students is hard and then try to balance everything else with it. I am not sure if I would be considered a left or a righty, but I'm willing to find out. I love hanging out with you guys and studying. We really need to do that more!
